Analysis of Data Needs Survey for BPS-Statistics of Tebing Tinggi Municipality 2021

The Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) is a public institution that has the task and responsibility of providing data and information in the field of statistics. BPS always strives to pay attention to satisfaction and service quality to data users who are looking for statistical data. BPS always strives to provide better public services. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to identify the needs and satisfaction levels of data users through the Data Needs Survey (SKD).
SKD has been implemented since 2005 and starting in 2014, the implementation of SKD has been expanded to district / city BPS. The results of SKD 2020 activities are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of data user characteristics, data needs analysis, and analysis of service unit performance. This analysis is complemented by a presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Behavior Index (IPAK) of the provincial BPS and the city districts.
